Canadian punk-metal madmen Cancer Bats start their UK tour in Cardiff this evening – you’ve got just under two weeks to catch them playing live.
The Cancer Bats legend precedes them across the Atlantic; I’ve lost count of the number of reviews I’ve read that recommend them as a great live act.
Luckily, The Dreaded Press will be headed to the Brighton date – which, if you’re planning to go as well, you should note is a matinee gig from midday to 4pm – so if you’re there, do come and say hello! Persons in other parts of the country can catch Cancer Bats at the following venues:
- 12th May – CARDIFF Barfly
- 13th May – BIRMINGHAM Barfly
- 14th May – GLASGOW Barfly
- 15th May – YORK Fibbers
- 16th May – CAMBRIDGE Barfly
- 17th May – BRIGHTON Barfly
- 18th May – LEEDS Cockpit
- 19th May – NOTTINGHAM Old Angel
- 20th May – SHEFFIELD Corporation
- 21st May – MANCHESTER Satan’s Hollow
- 22nd May – LONDON Barfly
- 24th May – BELFAST Spring & Airbrake
Still not tempted? OK, so watch the video for the Cancer Bats tune “Hail Destroyer” from the recent album of the same name:
Now try to tell me you’re not tempted! So go check out the Cancer Bats website and listen to more tunes on the MySpazz, why don’tcha?
