I’ve had a pretty rough Monday, and when that happens I find that stoner rock and doom metal have great restorative properties. Well, either that or the noise drowns out all feelings of discomfort … and so I shall share some End Of Level Boss with you, the reader!
End Of Level Boss are quite local to me on a global scale, but I have yet to encounter them live. They were on the recent Blisstrain Tour around Europe with a bunch of other cool bands from the Exile On Mainstream Records (my fave label of last year, fact-fans), and I’d have loved to have caught one of those shows.
Regrettably the Blisstrain didn’t pull into the UK at all (sad face!) … but thanks to the wonder of YouTube I have been able to watch and listen to End Of Level Boss performing “Mr. Dinosaur’s Lost” on that very tour. And here they are:
