Derry punks Fighting With Wire are getting all carpe diem on things, with a long tour of the UK in support of the forthcoming “Everyone Needs A Nemesis” single before a jaunt around Ireland and some European dates after that. Crikey!

It’s enough to make you tired just thinking about it, isn’t it? Fighting With Wire are even sharing a bill with Madonna at the Radio 1 Big Weekend festival thingamy-bob, which should be … odd? Maybe they can give her some fashion tips – she’s getting a bit old for all that fetish stuff.
