Leicester’s homegrown hardcore lads My Awesome Compilation are set to release their new début album Frontiers on 26th May, and will be touring the country in the weeks beforehand.
Frontiers will be preceded by a single entitled “Ghosts On The Underground” on 19th May; produced by Larry “Hundred Reasons” Hibbett, the album will hopefully defy My Awesome Compilation’s name by containing only original tracks in the energetic post-hardcore style the band have built a reputation for.
You can catch My Awesome Compilation on the road at the following venues:
- 19th April - Sheerness (Kent), The Ivy Leaf Club
- 10th May - Basildon, Towngate Theatre
- 12th May - Guildford, Boiler Room
- 13th May - Southampton, Joiners
- 15th May - Cambridge, Barfly
- 26th May - Leicester, Charlotte
There’ll be a review of Frontiers right here on The Dreaded Press before it comes out. In the meantime you can check out some tunes on My Awesome Compilation’s MySpace page.
