Josh Homme and his gang of post-stoner mad-men, Queens Of The Stone Age, were ejected from a Los Angeles rehab centre last week.
Fear not, however - they’re not left out of pocket, as Homme and company weren’t in for treatment. Instead, they thought it might be an amusing idea to play a small intimate gig in a rehab centre in their home town.
However, security and staff at the centre were less than impressed when the band launched into the recreational substances catalogue that is “Feel-Good Hit Of The Summer” as the set opener, and they pulled the plug halfway through the song before bundling QOTSA out of the building with no ceremony.
So much for trying to do something nice for people - there’s no gratitude in this world, is there? Let alone a grasp of irony … [News via NME.com][Image sourced from Wikipedia, credited to Rama]

I remember Omaha Sellers aka. Teh_Burns tried to do a similar act in LA but it ended in court.
That was over money owed to the rapper. Which was Highly Inappropriate. In this circumstance i find it strange as the band were only doing this for free. There is just no gratitude in this world as the article states.
This happened over a song with no real threat to the special needs people out there.
Poor Performance by Security i Believe.
